Gooey, melty calzones satisfy my craving for a "real" calzone! Gooey, melty calzones satisfy my craving for a "real" calzone!
Number of Servings: 1


    1/4 c nonfat ricotta cheese
    2 sun-dried tomatoes
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 multigrain pita
    1/2 c spaghetti sauce
    2 large black olives


Mix 1/4 c nonfat ricotta cheese with 2 sun-dried tomatoes, diced; and 2 diced black olives. Stuff into 1 multigrain pita. Warm under broiler until pita is golden and cheese is bubbly. Serve with 1/2 c marinara sauce for dipping.

We like to have a spinach salad on the side.
