These muffins are super simple, and easy to commit to memory These muffins are super simple, and easy to commit to memory
Number of Servings: 12


    1.5 Cups of Flour
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    1 Egg
    1/4 Vegetable Oil
    2 Tsp Baking Powder


Mix all ingredients, batter may be and should be a little lumpy, just mix until everything is blended.
If you use a large scoop it makes about 12 muffins
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
