Ingredients

    1 Stick Butter
    1 Can Evaporated Milk
    1 Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Orange Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Small Onion, cut in strips
    1 cup sliced Carrots
    1 cup shredded Cabbage
    1 cup diced Celery
    3 cups cooked White Rice

Directions

Place butter and all vegetables in a skillet or wok on Med. High heat. Saute until tender. Stir in Evaporated milk, cover, and let simmer 10 minutes or until tender stirring Occasionally. Makes Approx. 6 1-cup servings of vegetables with 1/2 cup serving of rice.
