    4 large potatoes, diced
    4 celery stalks, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cups half and half cream
    3 cans chopped clams, in juice
    1 packet onion soup mix
    2 tbsp. fresh chives, diced
    2 c. water
    1 bouillon cube

    Toppings: Bacon, chives, cheddar cheese, crackers


Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with preferred toppings. Toppings are not included in the nutrition info.

For onion soup mix, can substitute: 1/4 cup dried minced onion, 2 tbsp. beef bouillon, 2 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. celery salt, 1/4 tsp. sugar

For water and boullion, can substitute: 2 c. broth
