    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup Smart Balance
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 cups oatmeal
    1 cup coconut flakes
    6 Tbls cocoa
    1/2 cup nuts (opt) - not included in nutrition
    2 Tbls peanut butter (opt) not included in nutrition


Boil sugar, butter and milk for 1 minutes; add vanilla. In a bowl, mix oatmeal, coconut, cocoa, nuts and the boiled mixture, blending well. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoon.
