Introduction

This is my wife's idea of goulash. She can't have paste and we use brown rice for other health reasons. This is my wife's idea of goulash. She can't have paste and we use brown rice for other health reasons.

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Beef, lean
    2 cans cream of mushroom
    6 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups uncooked brown, long grain rice
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans of peas

Directions

Cook rice as instructions say.
Brown beef with onion. Once brown drain and add Worcestershire sauce and cream of mushroom. Cook 15 minutes. Add in drained peas, but don't stir too much.

Serve over rice.
Makes a lot (we have a big family)
