Ingredients

    1 15 oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cloves
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes for muffins and 50-60 minutes for bread. Makes about 20-24 muffins or 2 loaves of bread.
