Ingredients

2 sticks, dried bean curd
1 10-oz can, braised gluten
1 8-oz can, water chestnuts
1 8-oz can, bamboo shoots
1/2 cup, broccoli florets
1 cup, carrot slices
1 cup, vegetable broth
2 Tbsp, shoyu or low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp, rice vinegar
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
1) Soak dried bean curd in hot water for at least 2 hours, until tender. Chop into small pieces.
2) In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook 30 minutes covered.
3) Remove lid, stir, and cook 5 more minutes uncovered.
Serve hot.
