    -chicken breast portion
    -Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Dressing
    -Olive oil
    -onion if desired


Marinate the chicken in a ziplock bag with ranch dressing and water overnight; discard unused marinate. In small sauce pan add olive oil and add the marinated chicken breast and sear on both sides then add a small amount of water and cook thouroghly. Half way through cooking add onion if desired. no other seasoning necessary. Tastes great with a fresh green salad.
