Ingredients

    1 large onion
    1 box vegetable broth
    2 carrots diced
    2 celery ribs diced
    1 box frozen spinach thawed
    2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 T basil
    1 t oregano
    1/2 t red pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 5 hours
