Introduction

Very delicious. Kids love as well. Very delicious. Kids love as well.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 Cans of Cut Green Beans
    2 Cans of Tomato soup
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    8 cups of potatoes cut and peeled
    2 tbsp sour cream (optional)
    1 tbsp butter ( I use I can't believe its not butter light)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use Marble Jack)

Directions

Makes 16 cups

Cut up several potatoes till you get to 8 cups of diced up. Boil
Brown up Turkey and lean beef
In corning ware dish combine tomato soup and green beans with the turkey/beef mixture
Once potatoes are done boiling combine with sour cream, butter and milk and mash
Spread potatoes over the turkey/Beef, soup and green bean mixture.
Spread shredded cheese over potatoes
Put foil over and bake for 45 minutes
