Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    3/4 c milk
    1/2 c ground saltine crackers, wheat
    1-2 t onion powder
    2 T dried parsley
    1 t salt
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/4 c catsup
    2 T brown sugar
    1 t ground mustard

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pat in mound and bake in 350 degree oven in a shallow baking pan. Drain grease. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes and serve. Makes 6 servings

    This is the recipe that got me an a in home ec in the 8th grade. I love it and is my go to recipe for meatloaf. I give it a 5 star rating. - 6/1/15
