Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chicken breasts, sliced thinly
    3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Thinly slice chicken breasts. Place milk in one bowl, bread crumbs in another. Cooking can be done one of two ways:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray and line chicken up in one layer. Bake for 7 minutes, flip and bake until cooked through.
2. Preheat a skillet with a thin coating of canola oil. Layer chicken and turn once. Drain on paper towels.
