Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in mixer. Chop butter into quarter inch cubes and add to dry. Mix for 3 minutes or until the butter combines fairly well. Stir in fruit. Then add cream slowly. Press out into 3/4" round sheet and cut into 8 slices. Bake for 12 minutes at 425.
