    1 cup Zucchini, sliced in rounds, about 1/4"-1/8" think
    1T Olive Oil
    1T Parmesan cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using your finger, dab a bit of olive oil onto each side of zucchini slice and place on baking sheet. After all of the slices have been oiled, evenly dust the slices with parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and zucchini is still soft in the middle.
