Number of Servings: 2


    1 cup apples, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
    1/2 tsp ginger, ground
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 T butter, cut into small pieces


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop apples into small pieces. In mixing bowl add apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and butter. Pour apple mixture into small baking dish and top with oat mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
