Potatoes w/ a kick! Potatoes w/ a kick!
Number of Servings: 2


    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/4 cup onion, sliced
    2-3 Tbs Sliced Jalepenos (Nacho/Pickled)

    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1 Tbs Olive Oil (or Non-stick Cooking Spray)


Makes 2-3 servings

Heat olive oil in a saute pan on medium-high heat.
Add sliced potatoes, onion, and jalepenos to the pan.

***time saver: before slicing the potatoes, microwave them for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but not cooked all the way through. Then slice and add to the pan. This will save a few minutes cook time.

Season the potatoes w/ chili powder, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.

Saute until the potatoes are tender & serve.

***You can adjust the heat on this recipe by adding more or less jalepenos or substituting with green peppers.
You can also reduce the calories by using Non-stick cooking spray instead of olive oil.
