Ingredients

    cauliflower raw 2lbs
    beef 2 lbs
    onion 1 large
    tomatoes 2
    cooking oil 3/4 cup
    red chilli powder 1 tsp
    salt as per taste
    garam masala 1/2 tsp
    green chillis 1-2
    corriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

heat oil in a pot & add finely sliced onions ,sautee the onions till they start turning golden brown a 1 tsp garlic ginger paste , stir add tomatoes( chopped fine).
add beef (cut in small cubes for stew) stir till beef changes color.
add chilli powder & salt , garam masala
stir for a few minitues and add two cups of water , cover and leave for 20-25 min on slow flame till the meat gets tender .
stir the curry till the oil seperates ad chopped cauliflower to it stir for a few min & cover for 10- 15 min till the cauliflower is cooked .
stir an mix well .add 1-2 green chillis slit in half and corriander leaves fine chopped , cover on low heat for 5 min .
serve with naan , flat bread or white rice .
