    * Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    * Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in order listed (easy to mix by hand, mixer not required).
Bake in two loaf pans.
Serve and enjoy. :)
