    Only yielded 12 oz. of meat without fat after slow cooking beef and putting in the fridge overnight. Would use another beef next time. Beef 12 oz. not quite a lb, 1 pkg of lipton onion roasted garlic soup dry, 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 cup of ketchup, and 1/4 cup brown sugar.


Remember you are cooking meat in a slow cooker originally in a crockpot with water to make meat tender. Once you have done this it is extremely easy. I refridgerated overnight to remove any excess fat. When the fat is removed just add remaining ingredients and simmer in crockpot, keep warm temperature for a couple of hours, so as not to overcook and lose your sauce. Serve with rice. Approx. 3 oz. beef per person.
