    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)


bring water to a boil add all ingredients cook until carrots are soft add milk, cool then blend into a puree warm before serving
