    20oz Tricolor Tortellini
    4 cups chicken stock
    15oz diced tomatoes
    19oz cannelloni beans rinsed
    1lb can of chopped spinach, drained, and pressed dry.
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    3 tablespoons minced garlic
    2 bay leaves
    1 tablespoon basil
    1 teaspoon fennel seeds
    1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil


Chop onions and mushrooms
saute in oil with garlic
when translucent
Add everything else and bring to a boil, when heated through and tortellini are cooked served with a garnish of parmesan cheese.
