Ingredients

    1 slice soft tofu
    2 egg whites
    1 cup soy milk
    1 tbl wheat germ
    1 tbl flaxseed meal
    dash cinnamon
    vanilla to taste
    1 frozen banana

Directions

In blender add tofu and egg whites. Blend thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients except banana and blend again. Add banana and blend until chunks are gone. Enjoy!
