    4 low carb tortillas
    1 lb. ground turkey breat (97% fat free)
    1 tsp. low sodium taco seasoning
    Approx 3/4 c. shredded non fat cheeses
    Small can no salt added tomato sauce


Cook turkey in pan on top of stove until done, chopped up. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
Spray a small baking dish with Pam
Layer tortillas, meat and cheese until all are used (4 layers of each)
Bake in 350 degree oven approx 25 min.

Let cool and cut into four pieces.
