Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb ground pork
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1" balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees about 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
