    3 cups sliced squash
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    garlic powder (to liking)
    onion powder (to liking)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 cup corn meal or bread crumbs
    (1/4 cup to stick to squash?)


soak squash in egg beaters, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

dredge into corn meal or bread crumbs( I found a canister of ground corn tortillas that made th e squash extra crispy), spray pan lightly and spray squash.

bake at 400 for about 15-20 min or til golden
