    3/4 c diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c diced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c chopped zucchini
    3/4 c chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tblsp olive oil
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. bread, cubed
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


Prepare vegetables and cubed bread Brown sausage; drain. Place in 9X13' baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over vegetables/meat/bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 12+

Preheat oven to 350, bake for one hour. Serve hot.
