    1 small-med potato
    .5 cup onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    .5 cup red pepper
    1 tsp olive oil


cut potato into .25 inch cubes, cook for 3 minutes in microwave
add oil to frying pan
add all veggies
add favorite spice
stir fry until done
