Introduction

A nice fresh egg scramble with some veggies and a small kick A nice fresh egg scramble with some veggies and a small kick
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    A blend of chopped bell pepper (I used red, orange, and yellow)
    Chopped green onion
    Chopped red onion
    Diced serrano pepper (optional)
    Large egg (use 1-2 whole eggs and egg whites for the rest for a lighter alternative)
    extra sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

Chop all veggies
whisk eggs in small bowl
Shred cheese
Using pam lightly coat a medium sized skillet
Heat skillet, add egg
Sprinkle on cheese
Begin to scramble by using a spatula allowing the runny egg t fill bottom of the pan.
Mix in veggies
Cook eggs till solid, being careful not to burn
