    1/2 cup oil
    1 cup hot water
    1 cup cold water
    1 1/2 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp yeast
    1 egg
    5.5 cups flour


whisk egg, oil, sugar, waters together. sprinkle yeast over top and whisk in

add flour to make dough, 5 or 6 cups

for buns, make 12 even balls and arrange in a greased 13 x 9 dish, let rise for 30-40 minutes

for bread, divide dough in half, shape into a log and arrange in greased bread pans, let rise for 30-40 minutes

for cinnamon buns, roll dough out, brush with melted margarine, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, roll up, cut into 12 rounds, arrange in greased 13 x 9, mix melted margarine, brown sugar, water, pour over buns, let rise 20 mins

bake all 20-30 minutes at 350 until golden brown on top

makes 12 buns OR 2 loaves of bread OR 12 cinnamon buns
