    All purpose Flour, 1.5 cup
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Splenda Baking Granules, .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    Walnuts, .33 cup, chopped
    Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips, .33 cup


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 12 cupcake cups with non-stick cooking spray or insert cupcake holders . In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir apple sauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Divide batter between 12 cupcake cups. Bake 20-25 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on wire rack; turn right side up. Let cool.
