    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 1000 grams (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Marjoram, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Ground Red Pepper, .125 tsp (remove)
    *Chicken Boullion Cube (Wylers brand), 4 serving (remove)
    Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz (remove)


Saute chopped onion in butter.
Pare and chop Squash into 1 inch pieces.
Add all ingredients except cheese into crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours. In blener or food processor puree one-third of soup at a time. Return to clow cooker and add chese. Heat on low another 30 minutes until cheese is melted. Stir with whisk until smooth.
