    1 9-inch frozen pie crust
    4 oz. Boars Head Deli honey ham, diced
    1 medium vidalia onion
    1/4 head raw broccoli (just the florets, trimmed small)
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1 1/3 cup nonfat milk
    4 oz Kraft 2% shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Dash cayenne pepper


Preheat oven per pie crust instructions.

In a medium frying pan, cook diced onion and broccoli with a bit of vegetable oil (or cooking spray) over medium-high heat until onion is translucent and tender and broccoli is bright green. Set aside to cool for a few minutes

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, ham and salt. Whisk in milk, then stir in broccoli-onion mixture.

Pour quiche base into pie crust.

Top with cheddar.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until center is set and the outside edge is golden brown.

Let set for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
