Introduction

A super easy dish that can be thrown in a crock pot! Ready to eat after a long day of work. You can add beans or corn if you'd like. Ingredients

    12oz. Pork, bite size chunks
    8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 c. Fat Free Evaporated Milk
    5 c. Salsa (more or less to your liking)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a crock pot, stir, cook and enjoy! Can be placed on low to cook all day or high for several hours. The pork becomes very tender! Can serve smaller portions as well.
