Introduction

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 8 oz (I had about a cup or so of leftover BBQ)
    * Pasta, cooked, 12 oz, I used about a 1/2 box of whole wheat shells
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.25 cup, sliced
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup
    *Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 oz (remove)

Directions

cut up everything that needs cutting. Heat up a large pan or I used the same pot I boiled the noodles in.

Fry onions garlic and carrots. Add everything else and let simmer as long as you want until everything is good and hot.

Sprinkle with a little cheese of your choice and enjoy.

This made about 8 1 cup servings
