Ingredients

2 ½ cups of egg noodles (3 good handfuls)
    1 medium sized white onion,
    sliced in inch long strips
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
½ stick of dairy free butter or margarine,
    separated into two equal portions
3 cans of tuna in water, drained
    Dash of thyme
    Dash of ground peppercorn
2 tsp. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

Directions

Prep:
start a pan of water boiling
drain 3 cans of tuna
chop onion
mince garlic (a couple cloves should = 1 tsp.)

Cooking:
Add the egg noodles to the boiling pot of water. While that is cooking, heat a skillet on medium heat and melt one portion of the butter stick. Once the butter has just melted, add the garlic and onions. Cook the onions until they are coated butter and take on a slightly clear appearance. (Around this time, the noodles should be done and should be drained and set aside for the next steps.) Add the other portion of butter to the skillet and melt. (Don't let it burn!) Once the second portion of butter melts, mix in the tuna, noodles, thyme, and peppercorn. Turn down the heat to low and fold the tuna and noodles together for about 5 minutes, so that the tuna can cook. Just before serving, add the Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.
