Ingredients

    1 Large Sweet Onion
    Butter spray (10 or to taste)
    Water
    Beef boulion cube

Directions

Pre-heat oven to *375. Peel and core onion. Slice about 1/4" from top. Gently loosen the layers of the onion to allow room for the butter spray and water to penetrate.
Spray middle and inside layers with butter spay and sprinkle with about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water. Put boulion cube in middle. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake upright in *375 oven. Till soft. Be sure to catch the juices when unpeeling and serving.
