    1 cup Tropicana 50 orange juice
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup water
    2 single serve contaier fat free orange yogurt (can use vanilla)
    1 tsp vanilla
    10 ice cubes


Put everything in blender. Blend on high until smooth. Makes 2 tall glasses
