    3/4 C. WATER
    1/3 C.FAT FREE MAYO
    2 CANS (6 OZ) SALMON,DRAINED
    1 TBL. LEMON JUICE
    1/2 CHOPPED ONIONS

Directions

MIX STUFFING MIX,WATER,MAYO,FISH,LEMON JUICE AND ONIONS,COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 10 MINUTES.
HEAT LARGE SKILLET ON MED HEAT,SHAPE 1/3 CUPFUL OF STUFFING MIXTURE INTO PATTIES,ADD TO HEATED SKILLET,COOK 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES,TURN CAREFULLY. MAKES 6 SERVINGS,2 FISH CAKES PER SERVING.
