    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Greenwise Ground Chicken, 24.48 oz or two 3/4lb pkgs
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp or 4 cloves, chopped
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Spanish Olives w/pimento - 4 Olives, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Garden of Eatin' Blue Taco Shells (2 shells), 12 serving - 2 pkgs
    Romaine Lettuce, approx. 6 cups shredded


Heat olive oil in saucepan.
Add ground chicken, and stir over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and seasonings.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Add diced tomatoes.
Add chopped olives.
Rinse and drain the beans and add.
Cover the saucepan and cook over low heat for about 20 more minutes.

Heat oven to 350. Place taco shells in oven for 5 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of meat to each taco shell and garnish with lettuce. One serving = 2 tacos.
