Introduction

I normally use egg whites but I forgot so I wanted to find out the calories with whole eggs I normally use egg whites but I forgot so I wanted to find out the calories with whole eggs
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 eggs (or just the whites)
    1 med banana (optional, less carbs)
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    cinnamon to taste
    vanilla to taste

Directions

Put all in blender. Mix well. cook on griddle till done.
Top with what ever you like.
We like peanut butter and jam or greek yogurt or agave necture.
Makes 6 large pancakes
1 pancake is a serving.
