    1lb ground chicken
    ¾ c. fresh mushrooms chopped
    ½ c. red onion, chopped
    2 tbsp. fat free Ranch dressing
    ½ c Italian bread crumbs

    ¼ c. chopped mushrooms
    ¼ c. chopped onions
    1 tsp minced garlic


Lightly mix the chicken, mushrooms, onions, dressing, egg and bread crumbs. Shape into 6 patties. Pan fry for 4-6 minutes on each side, till they are no longer pink. After they are cooked, removed from pan and add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sauté until softened. Serve on wheat bread. We topped them with the mushroom/onion combination along with another teaspoon or so of fat free dressing.
