    2oz plain yogurt
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 scoop chia seeds
    1 banana
    2 tbls almonds


mix oats, yogurt, milk, and chia seed plus any seasoning of choice in a bowl, cover, and place in fridge overnight. in morning top with banana and almonds or other fruit/nuts of choice.
