    Beef stew meat 1lb
    4 small potatoes quartered
    4 carrots sliced
    4 celery stalks chopped
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    2 cups beef broth
    1 teaspoon thyme
    2 garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon Tabasco
    1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar


Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
