Ingredients

    1 package Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice - Original
    1 T smart balance light buttery spread
    1 2/3 c water
    1/3 c grean beans - frozen
    2/3 c frozen white corn kernels

Directions

1. follow directions on box.
2. about half way through the cook, put corn and beans into cooking pot. (may need to increase heat slightly)
3. continue cooking until liquid is almost all gone.
