    12 Refrigerated buttermilk biscuit
    3 Cups (24 oz) egg substitute
    8 oz Canadian bacon chopped
    1 cup fat free cheddar cheese shredded
    1 Cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese shredded
    1/2 Cup Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup onions


Arrange biscuits in a 13x9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the rest of the ingredients pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
