    1 lb pork loin chops, trimmed & cubed
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, diced
    0.5 cup low sodium beef broth
    28 ox. can diced tomatoes, any flavor
    Seasonings to taste


Saute pork in beef broth in non-stick pan. In large pot, add pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer until pork is tender.

Serve over brown rice.
