Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup buttermilk or light sour cream or plain yogurt
    2 T. light mayo
    1 T. cider vinegar
    2 tsp poppy seeds or dried dill weed to taste
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp sugar substitute (honey works too, if you're not a fan of the fake foods)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Give it at least five minutes to thicken before pouring over salad. Enjoy!
