    20 brussels sprouts (fresh)
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp honey
    Juice of half a lemon


Wash and cut an "X" into the bottom of each sprout.
Place them in a shallow pan with a bit of water. Cover the pan with waxed paper and put them in the microwave from 6-8 minutes to steam them.
When they are cooked through, drain the sprouts.
Add the butter, honey, and lemon juice to the pan, and mix until melted over the sprouts.

Makes two servings of 10 sprouts.
