    1 lb. Ground Turkey (lean)
    1/2 sleeve Wheat Snack Crackers (ground)
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    1/2 c. Ketchup
    1/4 c. Parmasean Cheese
    1 Large Egg
    Cooking Spray (olive oil version)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except cooking spray. Coat each well of your muffin tray with cooking spray. Fill wells starting with center 6 with turkey mixture level with top of the well. Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through.

Note: 1 lb of turkey yielded enough mix for 8 muffins. Fill the center 6 wells first. Then I filled each of the center outside wells to keep tray balanced.

Makes 8 "meat muffins." Each "meat muffin" serves one person or cut in half for younger eaters.

Serving suggestion: Serve with garlic potatoes and carrots & peas.
